Global Warming (care to our earth)

Global Warming

My name is Suheri. I am an English student of Islamic University of Riau, Pekanbaru City, Indonesia. I care about the phenomenon that occurred in our earth such as Global Warming, flood, tsunami and many others. We look at the  Global Warming that has become more serious problem in our earth. There is no reason for us not to concern with it. The global warming will not only make summer hotter and hotter, but will also lead more rain, more flood, higher sea level, and more unpredictable weather. We can look at Asian Tsunami that occurred for example in some parts of Indonesia, India and Srilanka that killed more than three hundred thousand people.

Greenhouse gases (carbon monoxide and methane), processed from releasing from releasing the carbon into their then mixes the oxygen, takes an important role in simulating global warming. Carbon dioxide traps the heat from the sun so that it keeps the Earth warm.

Modern living, like modern industry and agriculture, produces more carbon. Meanwhile, the higher level of carbon released into the air means the heat trapped on Earth. Today the level of carbon dioxide is the highest for half million years.

As the result of this problem, scientists are now more highly motivated to find what is the solution for keep the Earth from global warming.
